REHAB Oikya Parishad Panel Ahead in Vibrant Election Campaign

This popular panel is being led by the current President, Md. Wahiduzzaman, and Senior Vice President, Liakat Ali Bhuiyan.

 

Special Correspondent : The REHAB Oikya Parishad panel is surging ahead with a vibrant election campaign. On Thursday night, the panel hosted “Harmony Night: A Celebration of Unity” at the Banani Club, which saw enthusiastic participation from a large number of REHAB members. During the event, M. A. Awal, a prominent real estate businessman, politician, and current REHAB Vice President, introduced the panel members to the audience.

The ‘Abason Baboshayee Oikya Parishad’ has announced a full 29-member panel to contest the upcoming election of the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB), scheduled for April 18, 2026. This popular panel is being led by the current President, Md. Wahiduzzaman, and Senior Vice President, Liakat Ali Bhuiyan.

The panel’s candidates for Director positions include Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Md. Jahid Hossain, Haque Minnallah Shetar, Engr. Monjorul Forhad Philip, Md. Ashikul Haque, Md. Mobarak Hossain, Colonel (Retd.) Md. Shahjahan Mollah (PSC), Md. Faruk Ahmed, Pradip Karmakar, Mr. Suruz Sarder, Md. Johir Ahmed, Md. Kamrul Islam, Captain Shah Alam, Mrs. Umme Jahan Arju, Mohammad Alimullah, Md. Raghib Ahsan, Md. Ayub Ali, Sheikh Kamal, Mohammad Shahidul Haque, Barrister Tarek Akbar Khondakar, and Tasnova Mahbub Salam. From the Chattogram region, the candidates are Mohammad Jafar and A. S. M. Abdul Gaffar Meahji.

The evening concluded with a grand cultural program featuring performances by renowned singers Akhi Alamgir and Rizia Parveen, accompanied by their instrumentalists.
